1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when using Clarifeye:

• Account information (name, email, company details)
• Usage data and platform interactions
• Data from third-party services you connect, such as files you select and calendar events (see Section 3)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process your transactions and send related information
• Send technical notices, updates, and security alerts
• Respond to your comments and questions

3. Third-Party Services You Connect to Clarifeye

Google: When you connect your Google account to Clarifeye, we access Google User Data only to enable and improve the Clarifeye features you choose to use. In particular:

• Google Drive: we may import and synchronize Google Docs, Google Slides, PDFs, and plain text files from the Google Drive folders or files you select.
• Google Calendar: we read, but never create, change or delete, the events on your primary calendar: their title, time, meeting link, description and attendees. We use them only to show you your upcoming meetings and, for the meetings you choose, to send Clara, our meeting assistant, and prepare a meeting brief. Your calendar events are visible only to you.

You can change your selection, revoke access, or request deletion of imported data at any time. If you disconnect your calendar, we stop syncing it, delete the calendar events we hold, and cancel Clara's scheduled visits from that calendar.

The sole purpose of this access is to allow you to use your Google User Data within Clarifeye. Clarifeye does not sell Google User Data or share, transfer, or disclose it to third parties except to provide the Clarifeye features you authorize, to service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality and data protection obligations, to comply with law or security requirements, or with your explicit consent. We do not use Google User Data for advertising, marketing, data brokerage, unrelated purposes, or to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

Clarifeye's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Microsoft: When you connect your Microsoft account to Clarifeye, we access your data only to enable the Clarifeye features you choose to use. In particular:

• SharePoint: we may import and synchronize files from the SharePoint sites, folders or files you select.
• Outlook Calendar: we access your calendar with read-only permission and use it in the same way as described for Google Calendar above.

You can change your selection, revoke access from your profile page or from your Microsoft account, or request deletion of imported data at any time.

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We regularly review and update our security practices to enhance data protection.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a structured format
